We're looking for a dynamic and driven Rewards Specialist to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company with a passion for empowering our employees and recognising their hard work and dedication.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our Rewards Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support and administer our company's rewards strategy, ensuring that our employees feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting rewards programs that empower and incentivise our employees, ranging from monetary bonuses to unique recognition programs.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Experience in a previous rewards or HR related role
- A pensions administration background is desirable but not crucial
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Non-Contributory Pension - 10% (increasing with length of service) with further pension matching

- Not applicable to fixed term contracts (standard uplift applies in lieu of the protection benefits)
