Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Morning Culinary Specialist to become a vital part of our kitchen team.
Position Overview: This role offers a unique work-life balance with no late-night shifts and fixed hours, allowing you to enjoy your personal time. You will oversee the breakfast service for our guests, prepare breakfast items for the next day, and provide essential support to the kitchen team throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the breakfast service, preparing both made-to-order dishes and buffet selections.
- Prepare ingredients in advance while ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in organizing and executing staff meals during shifts.
- Mentor and guide Apprentice Chefs in their culinary skills and development.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
We seek individuals who are dedicated to morning shifts and can confidently handle a busy breakfast service independently. While formal culinary education is not a requirement, basic cooking skills to prepare and serve breakfast items are essential.
