You’ll undergo a second to none training program provided to you by the company supplying you with insider knowledge, tips and tricks required to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant. Furthermore, allowing you to develop within a business expanding year by year.

Siamo Recruitment offer an industry leading bonus structure with bonus OTE’s ensuring you earn average £34,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Our base salaries begin at £25,000 - £28,000 DOE.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy will see you managing an area across the South-West highlighting employers needs for permanent and temporary employment.

**This Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy will have the below responsibilities**:

- Managing a continually growing client base and highlighting new opportunities across the South West.
- Approaching new and lapsed clients providing them with a dedicated and professional talent selection service
- Personal Brand building via Social Media’s including Linkedin
- Headhunting select talent across the UK
- Professionally and confidentiality drafting client’s job descriptions
- Attending networking events and holding regular client dinners or coffee mornings
- Being point of contact and managing a portfolio of existing clients
- Sourcing talent across all industries and learning to become a specialist to our clients
- Booking of clients meetings
- Overseeing and management of own KPI’s reporting
- Completion of CRM management
- Previous exposure in sales / customer management is essential
- Previous exposure working to set KPI’s and deadlines
- The ability to prioritise and plan daily workloads
- Driven and passionate on providing a high-quality service
- Naturally driven by an uncapped commission structure
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage a varied workforce
- Full UK Driving License
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Platforms (Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc)
