I’m recruiting a reliable confident financial administrator for my client based in High Wycombe, HP12.
This role is to support the administrative needs of the company whilst working from home
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Input of purchase invoices. (Matching, coding and posting).
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Reconciling supplier and customer statements.
- Input and maintain account records.
- Performing all aspects of credit control.
- Order inputting, administration, fulfilment through to sales invoicing.
- Set-up new accounts.
- Help prepare management information.
- Data Inputting
- Excel analysis
**Requirements**:
- Ability to see inconsistencies
- High level of accuract
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excel knowledge - Vlookups essential
- Able to deal with changing data requirements
- Enjoy repetitive tasks
Must be available to work full time from home.
£12 per hour
0800 - 1600 (flexi hours) Monday to Friday
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
