We are looking for a **Customer Excellence Administrator **to work on a full time, permanent basis for a successful, project-based business in York.

You will be joining an analytical and innovative team that is responsible for creating a customer champion strategy that includes improvement of processes, making demands & culture shifts across the organisation by maximising the value of customer feedback (internal and external) to support change.

The **Customer Excellence Administrator** is the voice of the customer and will assist the Customer Lead with improvements to the overall customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.

The **Customer Excellence Administrator** will be:

- Ensuring the company and individuals understand the customer feedback and what is being done to improve their experience
- Assisting the Customer Lead to improve value for money through identifying & executing projects
- Maintaining a continuous focus on the customer and the customer experience across all teams with efficient stakeholder management
- Identifying additional sources of customer feedback to understand the customer journey and develop creative solutions
- Maximising the value of the data by identifying issues and ensuring that corrective actions developed will deliver what the customer needs
- Linking customer data to process metrics and KPIs
- Driving necessary changes through and ensuring everyone’s role is clear, effective & rewarding
- An exceptional understanding of the principles of exceptional customer service.
- The ability to be a creative & innovative problem solver and ideally an understanding of developing processes / process mapping.
- The ability to form effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service NVQ Certificate and/or a track record of experience in a similar or related role is advantageous.

**Salary £24-26K**, 30 days holidays plus bank holidays, employer pension contribution of 21% as well as access to a salary sacrifice and staff benefits scheme including cycle to work scheme; health cash back plans; free eye tests; discounted vouchers & a comprehensive employee assistance programme
