About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer & Sales Support Administrator at Charterhouse Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administration tasks, including data entry, written correspondence, and general administrative duties.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including checking and monitoring sales email inboxes and online sales orders.
  • Update systems and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity information.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and send written quotations to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on professional email communication.
  • Ability to address and resolve escalated customer complaints or complex issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable: experience working with technology-based solutions or telecommunications.
