**As an Administrator you will be responsible for**:

- Responding to general enquiries and forwarding incoming calls to relevant department.
- To maintain and update the membership records in line with GDPR guidelines.
- General administration support such as preparation of meeting rooms, collating and producing materials for events and much more

**Person specification**
- Computer literature with an understanding of Microsoft products
- Experience in a customer service facing role
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Administration experience
- Initiative and willing to learn
- Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers
- Good organisational skills and attentional to detail
