Due to the continued growth and success of Wolflabs, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time, office based, Customer service administrator into our expanding Customer service team. - A knowledge of laboratory equipment, a background in life sciences or previous customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given in house.

**The Role & The Team**:
Our Customer service team are at the front line of our business, working together with our sales team to provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish, something that Wolflabs is renowned for.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with customers and suppliers to facilitate the smooth delivery and installation of products, as well as to maintain relationships with existing customers, whilst providing the best possible customer service. We run companywide bonus schemes and thrive on our strong team ethics. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed both individually as well as part of a team.

Some of the daily tasks you will be required to carry out include the following:
**Key responsibilities**:

- **Providing clear and regular updates to our Sales and Accounts teams.
- Working with the team to improve performance and to help reach the company targets
- Maintaining and updating the company protocols.
