As our business continues to expand in York, we are seeking a dedicated Commercial Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Commercial Administrator at Your Local Window Cleaning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicate with window cleaners and canvassers to ensure they are well informed about their daily schedules, respective targets and any daily queries.
- Efficiently allocate work assignments to our team, using our bespoke system to help optimise routes and schedules to maximise productivity for our Window Cleaners.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information about our services, pricing, and any changes to their account that need doing. Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanour in all customer interactions.
- Handle payment processing for customers and assist in the chasing of any outstanding debt we may have for the region.

**A little bit about you**:

- Previous experience in a commercial administrative role, including finance and P&L interpretation, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
