To work with both hospital and community staff to deliver an effective admin function within area of locality. To work with the Business Support Supervisor and develop the role as required, and to Supervise the Admin team at St Austell Community Hospital.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will:

- Assist with staff Rota / E-Roster
- Manage annual leave / absence and cover arrangements
- Line management and appraise admin team.
- Log sickness absence reporting of admin team, complete Return to Work interviews with employees and organise straightforward Phased Returns to Work.
- Deal with any performance issues and report significant issues to Business Support Manager as required
- Manage Personal Files
- Co-ordinate Contract Amendment Forms / Vacancy Review Group / Establishments
- Co-ordinate admin team and ensure all areas covered
- Deal with daily admin queries
