**We** are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our People Team based in Daresbury.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Taking ownership of the HRIS, ensuring it’s reliable and a single source of truth
- Being the team’s data guru so we can provide regular MI to the business
- Work on initiatives to improve the employee experience including onboarding, employee engagement and communication
- Responsible for administrative processes in the People Team, always looking for ways to maximise efficiencies using HR Tech
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on all things recruitment

**Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

As well as being self-motivated and full of ideas, we are looking for someone that can demonstrate the below essential skills and experience.
- CIPD level 3 qualified and possibly working towards Level 5
- Strong administration skills
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills
- Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and alter priorities based on operational needs
