An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to assist in the effective provision of Administration Services within Facilities. The role requires an enthusiastic, organised and well motivated individual, with previous admin experience desirable but not essential.

This 20 hour position can be worked over four or five days.

You will be part of the Facilities Team ensuring a high-quality and efficient administration service is provided.

The role requires someone who has the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.

General Admin duties including filing, typing, photocopying, booking of training, inputting onto electronic systems databases, ensuring all work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
