**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions:
- Support the Head of S&OP with all Demand and supply-related issues and requests. Maintain effective collaboration across multi-functional teams to ensure alignment to one plan. Work with the teams to embed the process for machines and engines.- Responsible for suggesting Inventory management decisions and providing information to influence the Senior Management Team on purchases. Drive inventory Stocking policies to support the Business Plan.- Supports the implementation of S&OP-enabling software and metrics. Provides visibility and insight to the business in areas such as Inventory projection, turn projection, and cash flow projection to influence Business decisions that align with strategic direction.- Work with the Head of S&OP to improve the Finning / Caterpillar relationship. Drive existing processes that align with Caterpillar’s requirements and guidelines to ensure the best result for both businesses.

Specific Skills:
- The holder of this role will have excellent communication skills and be an ambassador for the S&OP process.- They will have S&OP knowledge and understand the way Demand and Supply activities work.- Being able to understand what data is required to highlight risks and opportunities is essential.-
- They will need the ability to present at a Senior level within the business on a monthly basis.- They need the ability to drive a small team to deliver results to help support business decisions. Supervisory experience would be beneficial.

Knowledge:
- Mastering Demand and Supply dynamics is critical to allowing proactive behaviour to anticipate potential misalignment and ensure the right set of actions is in place to mitigate any risk to Finning’s customers’ satisfaction.- Understanding S&OP best practices is essential.- Knowledge of the different systems used by Finning and Caterpillar for forecasting would be beneficial.

Education & Experience:
- 5 years working within supply chain/demand and supply planning.- Degree-level qualification or equivalent- Experience in S&OP process implementationAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
