£23,795 - £26,000 (depending on experience)

We are Niche Online Sales Ltd. Comprising two companies: ProSwimwear, and Teddybearland.

Established in 2006, ProSwimwear Ltd is the world’s largest online retailer of competitive swimwear.

We are professional swimwear specialists selling to entry level swimmers up to Olympic level. As a well-established and innovative organisation, we are looking for an Ecommerce Website Administrator to join the team.

Our sister company Teddybearland.co.uk was founded in 2011, specialising in high-end collectable teddy bears and soft toys.

Both companies run from the same location in Bridgwater, Somerset. The company has aggressive future expansion plans and is looking for the right person to join our website/ecommerce team.

**About the role**:
**OFFICE-BASED (postcode: TA6 5HL). **Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. We find that being in the office helps us to build strong team bonds, and communicate effectively. We do not currently offer hybrid or remote working.

**Tasks will include**:

- Product setup and management.
- Writing descriptions for products.
- Ensuring product data is accurate.
- Preparing images and size charts.
- Assisting the marketing team.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of our websites and marketplace accounts.
- Ensuring that the websites are running smoothly, products are available to purchase, and data is accurate.
- Ensuring that our products are live and accurate on a variety of key marketplaces including Amazon, Ebay, Catch, Decathlon, Fruugo.
- Helping out with other areas of the business when needed.

This will be a guided position, you will be supported by the Ecommerce manager and wider team.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Writing skills play a large part in your day-to-day activities, you will be writing product descriptions and optimising text for search engines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dynamic, creative, with a 'hands-on’ approach.
- Strong IT skills.
- The role involves handling large amounts of product data, importing and exporting data to various platforms, so the ability to manipulate spreadsheets (or a keen willingness to learn) is essential.
- An enthusiasm to learn and develop new and existing skills.
- An interest in ecommerce technology and the latest trends in online media.

**Experience or knowledge of the following would be an advantage but not essential**:

- Magento
- Marketplace selling (Ebay, Amazon, etc)
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Google Analytics
- Photoshop
- Copywriting
- Social Media
- eCommerce
- HTML / CSS
- Foreign languages

Although skills in these areas are an advantage we are looking for the right person to fit with our team who can excel.

This role would suit a recent graduate looking to take their first role with an internationally renowned company or a recent school leaver who is looking to pursue a career in ecommerce or digital marketing. However, we are also open to more experienced individuals if it feels like a good fit.

**Salary**: £23,795.50-£26,000.00 per year
