**Day to Day**

**Enhancing. **Managing weekly performance analysis for your departments, propose actions and implement using a variety of tools. You’ll share performance results with the team.

**Performance. **Reviewing and identifying improvements across the website to improve performance.

**Responsibility.** Highlighting potential larger amends to drive growth as well as achieve quick wins.

**Supportive.** Building strong relationships across the various teams, being knowledgeable on the ranges and work to identify solutions to help the wider business
