Sales Coordinator

D3 Interiors, a division of D3 Office group, is one of Yorkshire’s leading office refurbishment & furniture supply specialists.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our interiors team and help us achieve our ambitious business goals.
After training you will be a key point of contact for customers with sales enquires and queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the business development team. This role is highly consultative and involves good rapport and dialogue with clients to establish their needs. Therefore, flexibility and ability to adapt to customer needs are essential requirements.
Good experience and knowledge of customer service best practice is required alongside a willingness to learn new products and ways of working. Sound organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Knowledge of the commercial furniture market would be useful but full product training will be provided. We recruit primarily on attitude and ability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of quotations
- Processing sales orders accurately on our computer system
- Checking order acknowledgements for accuracy
- Requesting prices and product information from suppliers
- Liaison with our operations and installation team.
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded to rapidly and diligently.
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records
- Support the business development team with quotations and sales orders
- Handling a customer brief from initial enquiry to successful order
- Building and maintaining rapport with existing clients
- General administration tasks

- Proven work experience in an internal sales role
- Tremendous eye for detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritise workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A team player with a high level of dedication and passion for the role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of retail maths concepts, including pricing, margins, and discounts

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
