We are looking to hire a Branch Coordinator/Clinic Coordinator for our busy Hull branch. This role will be full time/09:00-17:00/Mon-Friday.

**What will the role involve?**:

- _**Diary Management**_ - manage (multiple) hearing aid dispenser diaries effectively and maximise appointment potential.
- _**Administration**_ - to maintain confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software. To comply with GDPR regulations. Maintain accurate reporting information, e.g. for stock. General administration duties.
- _**Sales**_- take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers.
- _**Presentation**_ _of branch and self_ - Ensure that the branch is presented to brand standards - this includes presentation of branch literature and cleaning to a hygienic standard.
