The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong analytical mindset. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle and System 21.

The role will involve providing support for the sales team, maintaining sales documentation, and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for stock management, product sample management, and marketing material management.

Key responsibilities will include:
