Area Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Area Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and marketing initiatives across an area of 15 pubs with rooms in Wandsworth, Wimbledon, and Richmond. You will work closely with our General Managers and Sales and Marketing Co-ordinators to implement the sales and marketing strategy, including:

Embedding and supporting key sales drivers

Providing focused support for Capex projects

Creating and managing relevant premium packages and collateral

Ensuring pub teams are informed about new products, offers, and initiatives

Establishing strong internal messaging within your team

Ensuring all websites are optimized, including content updates and third-party platforms

Ensuring optimized Collins set up and efficient response rates

Creation and communication of inspirational ideas for 'What's On' diaries

Delivering effective monthly mailers

Responsible for active social media

Ensuring 100% response to online reviews

We are looking for Area Sales and Marketing Co-ordinators to align to an area of 10-14 businesses, reporting directly to one of our Operations Managers to successfully deliver marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with our General Managers and Sales and Marketing Co-ordinators based on site, and you'll be responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, including but not limited to:

Embedding and supporting key sales drivers

Providing focused support for Capex projects
