Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for daily processing of orders and invoices, dealing with phone calls and queries, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of orders and invoices
- Dealing with phone calls and queries

- Dealing with credit requests and customer claims
Requirements:
- Customer service and administration background
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
