**After Sales Administrator**
**Starting salary is £22,000 (with an additional commission scheme of 0.5% on renewals with an OTE of £8,000) NO COLD CALLNG ALL WARM LEADS - CURRENT CUSTOMERS.**
**Southampton**
As the **After Sales Administrator**, you will be a strong driver of maintenance revenues for all contracts. You will manage and ensure account retention through adoption and driving on-time renewals. Own, drive and manage the renewal process,identifying customer requirements, uncovering roadblocks, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, ensuring records and business systems are updated accurately and efficiently to aid businessreporting.
**Primary Duties**:
- To manage all renewals, specifically the tracking of expiry dates, working with the Support Team to generate renewal requests.
- Work alongside the Support Team to ensure renewals are handled with care and large corporate customers are dealt with accordingly.
- Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals and on-time renewal rate targets.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to pass onto the sales team.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options.
- Document activity in the CRM system.
- Work with existing customers to main a high-renewal close rate and team quota.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

**Essential**:
- Able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills oral and written.
- Proven ability to accurately maintain and take ownership of large data lists.

- Good time keeping.
- CRM Experience, preferably MS Dynamics
- Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Service Contracts/Renewals background.
**Desirable**:
- A “can do” attitude.
- Can use initiative.
- To be flexible.
- Familiar with selling
Hours of work are of 37½ per week. However, it would be expected that you work the hours necessary to meet company deadlines and travel to meetings and other events as appropriate to the role.
Main location is office in Southampton but occasionally travel to other locations may be required.
