**The Company**

You will be working for a company called Sprayzone who are a market leader in the spray painting of large commercial buildings. Clients include the likes of Tesco and projects tend to be large commercial buildings where a spray paint contractor is required.

**Sales Administrator / Coordinator Role**

Sprayzone are looking for an experienced and diligent sales administrator / coordinator to join their fantastic team. You will be responsible for producing estimates and quotations for numerous projects. This is a fast paced, and busy role and will suit someone of a similar sales / estimator background that is used to handling multiple projects at once.

You will be a strong communicator, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a high degree of attention to detail. These skills will ensure that all quotes are sent out in a timely fashion and include all of the correct information and pricing. Once initial quotes have been sent you will coordinate any follow up information required by the customer to ensure excellent levels of service are provided throughout the sales process.

In this role you will be required to have good excel and general Microsoft office skills, as well as being a competent CRM systems user.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong numerical skills are necessary with the ability or experience of interpreting and measuring drawings advantageous, but training will be provided
- Previous experience within the construction industry is beneficial, but not essential
- Microsoft Office and CRM systems skills
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a sales or estimators environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally a driver with your own car as office doesn’t have great public transport links
