Sales Support Administrator
£22,000 to £23,000 per annum
Southampton, Hampshire
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join my client’s friendly and supportive team based in Southampton. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be prepared to help as and when required.
As a Sales Support Administrator your duties and responsibilities include:
- First line phone response
- Processing and progressing sales orders and all associated admin
- Maintain the customer database and customer correspondence
- Daily use of MS office and internal systems i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
- Assist with producing and booking production orders
- Taking credit card payments
- Managing new account details and related procedures
- Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Ensuring that all support and administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
You will also require the following experience for the Sales Support Administrator position:
- Observe and adhere to safety regulations
- Where appropriate, liaise with other departments
- Awareness of new product development
- Assist in maintaining the company’s first-class service
