Administrative Support Specialist

About the Job
As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and assistance with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training and development, performance and appraisal, engagement, reward and recognition, separation, and well-being.
You will also be responsible for maintaining HR software, records and employee files, ensuring that all documentation is prepared to the highest quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within HR is essential (24 months +)
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Excellent communication and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 26 days holiday per annum, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 30 days
