Overview

Spire Healthcare Ltd, a leading independent hospital group in the UK, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team as Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Hospital Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality secretarial support to the Hospital Director, including email and diary management, arranging meetings, submitting expenses, and tracking actions.
  • Administer and minute meetings attended by senior management team members and others when required, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Liaise with the wider hospital team to ensure excellent communication, scheduling of meetings, and dissemination of information.
  • Carry out delegated tasks from the Senior Management Team that fall within the scope of the post.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented individual with:

Excellent secretarial and PA skills, including telephone manner and attention to detail.Experience dealing with consultants and other stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.Good computer literacy.Able to work well as part of a team.
