We are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to join our team at Spire Southampton Hospital. As a key member of the Management Office, you will provide exceptional support to the Hospital Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional secretarial support, including email and diary management, arranging meetings and events, and submitting expenses.
  • Administration and minuting of meetings attended by the senior management team.
  • Liaising with the wider hospital team, ensuring excellent communication and scheduling of meetings.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, employer-contributory pension, and private medical insurance.

Please note that this is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
