**Customer Sales Administrator**
Location - Curdridge (a few minutes from Botley/Southampton)
Salary - £26,000 - £28,000
Hours - 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), some flexibility with hybrid working 3 days a week
Our client in the property sector, based in Curdrige, is looking for a Customer Sales Administrator to join their small but perfectly formed team. The successful person will look after the customer experience and ensure that the consumer has a positive and enjoyable experience. This position will also be responsible for the sales administration and deal with some external stakeholders. The role requires an individual that wants to embed into the business, be part of the team and ultimately have care and compassion for the tasks that they are responsible for.
**Duties include**:
- Answering all telephone enquiries, transferring calls or taking messages when required.
- General administration duties, keeping the systems up to date with customer details etc.
- New homes sales conveyancing
- Home demonstrations and handovers.
- All aspects of Customer Care
- Liaising with trades and homeowners to rectify remedial.
- Assisting site managers with ordering of new materials
- Packaging up new tenders
- Good communication skills,
- Have the ability to stay focused on the task in hand,
- Good literature,
- Good numerical skills,
- Be able to use basic spreadsheets,
- Be polite and professional.
- Be able to use their own initiative.
- Good understanding a use of IT, MS Office.
