As Analytics and Systems Co-ordinator at the Morningside Arena, Leicester, you will manage the ticketing, website, social media, wi-fi and operational systems, working with our external partners, and ensure all events for the Arena and Leicester Riders are supported, as required, in a timely manner, to achieve maximum performance.

You will also provide review and data analysis of the outputs of all systems, including the ticketing systems, and provide recommendations for improvements and increased sales.

The purpose of this role is to provide seamless and exceptional customer and client services, and be a central link between our venue, our audiences, our promoters and our partners.

You will contribute to the effective running of our business, be passionate about the sporting and entertainment industry and provide systems support for normal operations and a wide variety of live events.

**Role Summary**

Manage the ticketing, website, social media, wi-fi and operational systems for the Morningside Arena, ensuring high-performing systems, devices and services, maximising operability, engagement and revenues across all channels and ensuring excellent internal communications flow with the appropriate teams across the organisation.

Contribute to the budgeting, targeting, and forecasting processes for events, enabling data driven decision-making, and foreseeing operational considerations and risks, to provide accurate projections.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the ticketing system, including liaising with our external partner, ensuring a high-performing ticketing service, which maximises revenue across all channels and ensure excellent internal communications with appropriate teams across the organisation.
- Ensure the upkeep of all the ticketing, marketing and operational systems, including wifi and develop project plans and deliver projects to further develop such systems, as an active member of various company and project teams.
- Become an expert in all front-end/CRM Ticketing processes (including the creation and improvement of seating plans, data imports, data structure and hierarchy) to maintain a self-sufficient ticketing operation and provide training to new staff as necessary with a particular focus on tele sales personnel.
- Develop an advanced knowledge of Excel to define, summarise and present data collected across the business.
- Enable data-driven decision-making and foreseeing operational considerations and risks to provide accurate projections of revenues and associated risks.
- Collate, organise and study data, to provide business insights.
- Ensure accurate, timely and efficient reporting and financial returns, and reconciliation and accountability of the systems.
- Provide relevant analytical data to help the planning of marketing campaigns, market research and audience development strategy.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure that the appropriate reporting and data analysis is in place to inform and identify sales and audience development strategies.
- Keep abreast of current trends and best practice in ticketing and systems operations, including Health and Safety legislation, PCI DSS compliance, and the Data Protection Act.

**Person Specification**
- Experience of playing a leading role in support systems
- Ability to provide a high level, attentive service to colleagues and external clients in relation to all aspects of support systems and maintain effective and timely communications with those delivering front of house services.
- Experience in IT systems and networks.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of considering the customer experience in relation to all sales and marketing channels and troubleshooting problems to resolution.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an often highly pressured environment.
- Experience of delivering financial information and statistical data.

**Conditions**

Contract Permanent Hours 40 hours per week with ability to work evenings and weekends as required to meet the needs of the business.

Annual Leave: The annual leave period runs from January to December, and you will be entitled to 28 days holiday (Pro Rata) per year including bank holidays and statutory holidays.

Notice Period: Two months.

**Salary**: From £20,983.00 per year
