The Seraph Group offers a wide range of property related services, we are a Investor in People company, employing over 60 members of staff across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to be a part of our Business Support arm, providing payroll and HR administration for the businesses.

The role is full time and based in our Cardiff office, some home-working is available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer company payroll, tax deductions, and compliance.
- Manage workplace pensions and employee benefits schemes.
- Handle sick leave, holiday, and absences processing.
- Utilise software systems for payroll and leave management.
- Maintain compliant policies and personnel files.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and leavers process.
- Coordinate performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Generate HR reports and update organisational charts.
- Manage training, internal communications, and insurance policies.

Experience
- Previous experience working in a human resources/payroll role or related field
- Knowledge of accounting software and experience with accounts payable processes
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyse HR data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
