HR Administrative Assistant

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum.
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Assistant to join our client. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, looking to develop their career and contribute to the future-proofing of our business.
The successful candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment processes, including vetting candidates and aligning job descriptions.
- Manage low-level case work such as absence management.
- Taking accurate notes and maintaining diligent records.
- Ensuring contracts are correctly compiled and understood.
- Supporting the auditing of files and cleaning of data.
- Participating in recruitment campaigns and best practice initiatives.
- Providing support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions.
- Working with new HRM systems (UKG, Chronos, iTrent, ADT).
- Counseling on KPIs and reporting.
Requirements:
- Working experience in HR.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
- Sociable and approachable, yet focused and trustworthy.
