Administrative HR Officer

Job Overview: As an Administrative HR Officer at Austin Fraser in Powys, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus benefits and perks that include a comprehensive compensation package.
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill this role. You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, managing low-level case work, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will support the auditing of files and cleaning of data, participate in recruitment campaigns, and provide support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including vetting candidates and aligning job descriptions
- Manage low-level case work such as absence management and maintain accurate records
- Ensure contracts are correctly compiled and understood by all parties involved
- Support the auditing of files and cleaning of data to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and best practice initiatives to drive business growth
- Provide support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Working HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is highly desirable
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to multitask effectively
- Sociable and approachable, yet focused and trustworthy to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
