**Job Summary**:
As our HR Support/Administrator at inov8, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR’s daily operations. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and services. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality will be essential to this role.

We would be happy to facilitate the start of your HR career by providing an apprenticeship to complete your CIPD Level 3 or 5, should you wish to or already be studying.

**Key Responsibilities**
But not limited to:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee records, both physical and digital.
- Work with the Office Manager in general office administration work, including travel bookings, invoicing and expenses and any other ad hoc duties.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts and policies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings and training sessions.
- Handle incoming HR inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee information and attendance records.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, induction and training logistics.
- Process termination paperwork and organise exit interviews as necessary.
- Update and maintain records on our HR system.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence to learn new HR systems.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
