We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Administrator with excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.

As an HR Administrator, you will support the HR Team with the day-to-day operations. Ideally, the post holder will be a strong administrator with a warm and friendly personality. A confident communicator (verbal and written), excellent computer and systems skills, and a high degree of attention to detail are essential. It’s vital to have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Expectations include but are not limited to**:

- Conducting tasks in a discreet and confidential manner
- Managing own personal workload, completing requests within 24 hours of receipt, achieving and maintaining an exceptional accuracy level
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions, policies and procedures that are set
- Undertaking training is suggested to improve knowledge and skills in line with the role
- Approaching tasks in a positive and considerate manner
- Using initiative where appropriate
- Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Math & English grade 4+ or A-C
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
- Previous HR Administrative experience, with exposure in recruitment, is preferred but not essential

NVQ level 2 Business Administration
Certificate in Personnel Practice or working towards one
