**Job requirements.**:
**Qualifications**:

- Essential_
- GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in English and maths, or level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications.
- Desirable_
- NVQ level 2 Business Administration.
- Certificate in Personnel Practice or working towards one.

**Experience**:

- Essential_
- Varied administrative experience and practises.
- Desirable_
- Experience with HR packages and working in an educational setting.

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Essential_
- Attention to detail.
- Working under pressure.
