**Job Purpose**

The Programmes Coordinator will manage and organise our digital learning platform and online learning resources and contribute to the successful delivery of our programmes with young people across the country.

Reporting to: Programme Director

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Project manage the development and delivery of Villiers Park’s digital learning platform and online learning resources.
- Coordinate a project team across the organization leading on digital strategy and digital development.
- Produce compelling online resources and keep information up to date.
- Provide training and support to other members of the Programmes team on our online learning platform and digital resources.
- Communicate effectively with platform users, including course participants, tutors and colleagues.
- Support the Programme Director to coordinate logistics with external agencies, tutors, volunteers and other partners involved in the delivery of our programmes.
- Work collaboratively with the Communications team to advertise courses to prospective students, track registrations and share information both internally and externally.
- Collect, maintain and report on data for our Future Leaders Programme and registration of courses, ensuring that information is held securely and complies with Villiers Park’s data protection policy.
- Design and produce certificates for our Future Leaders and course participants, to celebrate their success.
- Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Team to provide data and case studies on Programmes that can be used to report to funders and shared with our supporters.
- Seek and develop opportunities to increase our engagement with young people from underrepresented backgrounds through online activities and events.
- Contribute to the development of the programme, working with the Programmes Director and Assistant Directors on curriculum content, digital resources and learning materials
- Proof-read and support the preparation of high quality documentation and programme resource
- Other duties as may be reasonably required to fulfil the role.

**Skills & General Requirements**
- Excellent digital skills and confidence using digital tools for engagement
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and within timescales
- Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative, but also collaboratively with others where required
- Flexibility to support occasional work away from home and/or provide overnight support for residential activities
- An interest in and commitment to social mobility, social justice and/or youth development
- Safeguarding knowledge desirable

**Experience**
- Experience of working on digital projects, with experience of using a digital learning platform desirable
- Experience of working in the education sector desirable

**Other requirements**
- Flexibility in working hours to suit the post requirements including occasional evening and overnight work to attend events.

**Working patterns**

The role could be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Villiers Park Educational Trust has an office in Cambridge and hubs in Tyneside, Swindon, Hastings and Norwich. We are a hybrid-working organisation and this post is primarily remote-based. It would be an advantage to be based near to Cambridge or one of the hubs but is not essential.

On occasion, we will require staff to travel to various other locations (e.g., London, Birmingham or Cambridge) for face-to-face team meetings and activity.
