**ISP School Professional Learning Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**
**ISP School Professional Learning Programme Coordination**
- Coordination of School Professional Learning programmes. Examples of types of responsibilities include:
- Responding to enquiries about ISP School Professional Learning programmes and day-to-day customer service for potential, current and future programme participants.
- Managing enrolments for all programme participants and maintaining programme calendar.
- Coordinating logistics for each of the programmes including liaising with presenters (internal and external) and presentation formatting as required.
- Collecting feedback on programmes and undertaking a review of feedback and data to identify reoccurring themes or areas for improvement - supporting the School Professional Learning and wider Learning & Innovation team colleagues to identify and implement solutions.
- Presenting programme data and information for inclusion in reports and presentations.
- Other coordination and programme improvement activities as required.
**Communications**
- Personalised, day-to-day communication with potential, current and future programme participants and presenters (internal and external)
- Providing information on programmes to ISP brand and marketing colleagues to inform communications to effectively message the programme offering, positioning us as an Employer of Choice.

Experience working in an education setting highly valued.
**Essential Skills & Qualities**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication**: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to facilitate clear and concise communication.
- **Outstanding interpersonal skills**: ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with potential, current and future programme participants and ISP internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- **Strong problem-solving skills**: ability to work with colleagues, participants and presenters in a calm and friendly way to solve problems.
- **Excellent organisational and time management skills**: capable of efficiently prioritising and managing tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Organisation and planning**: ability to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate various tasks and activities within a programme.
- **Attention to detail**: takes a thorough approach to ensure accuracy and quality in programme documentation, coordination and reporting.
- **Technologically savvy**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in or interest in learning to use online conferencing and team collaboration tools.
- **Collaborative and proactive mindset**: Willing to work across multiple time zones, occasionally outside of standard works. Works well in a remote a team environment, actively contributes ideas, and takes initiative to drive progress.
