**Role Overview**

As the Operations Coordinator at Cambridge Spark, you will be responsible for liaising with learners and our internal delivery team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of our training initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate apprenticeship programs, including set up and scheduling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their learning journey
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth learner journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of apprenticeship activities in HubSpot

**Essential**
- A team player who is also capable of working independently
- Proven experience in coordination or operations, preferably within an educational or training setting
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges
- Passion for education, professional development or technology
