**Role Overview**
Trigon Recruitment are recruiting for a National Grade 2 Ofsted Training Provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Co-Ordinator who will ensure that the quality standards of the company are effective, efficient, and quality driven. The Quality Co-Ordinator will also support the organisation to achieve or maintain accreditations such as Matrix, Investors in People, ISO27001 and SOC2. Prepare for external inspections and ensure that employees and operational procedures meet the required standards. A key requirement of the role is to assist in managing the company’s quality cycle by implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating systems and procedures to ‘drive forward’ quality improvement initiatives.
There are excellent opportunities to progress in this role as the line Manager is looking to pass on the mantle.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development, implementation, reviewing, and evaluation of policies and procedures
- Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines
- Liaise and coordinate with staff and management to resolve any issues arising from audits and compliance
- Be conversant with all company policies and procedures and ensure they are kept updated in line with legislation and current contracts
- Liaise with the Company’s Lead Internal Auditor to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance systems and procedures
- Ensure that Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Safety are embedded across all aspects of customer provision
- Respond to company developments at local, regional, and national level
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with Line Manager
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Communicating with other managers and staff to identify and solve problems
- Create quality measurements to track improvement
- Develop and execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Administer and comply with all necessary operational, administrative, and clerical procedures as determined or requested by the company
- Promote and comply with the company policies on Equality/ Diversity, ‘Access for All’ and Health and Safety
- Participate in any appropriate training or development programme or course as required by the company, this includes any staff meetings
- Carry out all duties and responsibilities in a manner that will always promote and support the company’s business objectives of achieving continuous quality improvement.
- Be conversant and ensure full compliance of all company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements with particular reference to Health & Safety (including Safeguarding), The Prevent strategy, Equality / Diversity, ‘Access for All’, Discipline and Grievance
- Ensure, where appropriate, premises are kept in good order, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements
- Be prepared to work at other locations / contracts to share good practice and cover absence as necessary
- Prepare, deliver, or participate in any appropriate learning or development programmes or courses as required by the company; this includes any staff meetings
- To maintain continual professional development
- To carry out all duties and responsibilities, whether specified above or otherwise, in a manner that will at all times promote and support the company’s objective of achieving continuous quality improvement in all aspects of its business
- To undertake any other duties in line with the company business needs.
