As the AC moves to create even greater impact in the world, we are looking for **freelance coordinators** who will bring passion and commitment as well as specialist skills and experience.

**We are seeking a** **virtual** **Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator **to help support the AC Special Interest Group(SIG)-_Mental Health and Wellbeing’_.

**The role would suit someone** already be working in, training in or entering theMental Health and Wellbeing field**. ** Ideally you will already be working as a freelancer.

**What You’re Great At**

This role will be a great fit if you're self-driven, organised, with high attention to detail and good project-planning and management skills. You will be an excellent communicator and have Mental Health and Wellbeing knowledge

**Key Activities**
- Provide general administrative support to deliver an effective and efficient service to the Mental Health and Wellbeing, Special Interest Group (SIG).
- Arrange, coordinate and minute the Mental Health and Wellbeing SIG team Zoom meetings (approx. 11 per annum)
- Collate, and chase where necessary, all supporting documentation ahead of the monthly calls and send to participants.
- Write up the meeting summary notes and log actions during the meeting. Send notes and action log to the group after the call.
- Proactively monitor and track actions, initiatives and tasks. Regularly draw the groups attention to their key activities. Chase task updates and support the team to work to agreed deadlines in order to optimize the efficient, progressive and smooth running of the groups monthly calls.
- Engage with a range of AC coordinators and Contributors across the AC, where appropriate and in a professional and friendly manner.
- Create presentations where requested.
- The Mental Health and Wellbeing SIG is moving into a ‘implementation stage’ and you will play a core part in supporting the implementation activities, working with others to make things happen, and enabling the Mental Health and Wellbeing SIG to have even greater impact.

- but rather to give a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of the position._

**Skill requirements**
- You are open, responsive, and can adapt, flex. You are available to react to incoming work and you are skilled at following-up promptly, finding solutions, handling issues and resolving them quickly.
- Being at the core of the implementation activities, you have excellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills to be able to meet timelines and work with others to make things happen.
- You are motivated by working within a collaborative team where consistent delivery is crucial. You are happy to work on your own as well as part of a team, you have respect for and a collegiate style with fellow team members.
- Ideally but not essentially an AC member who has experience of Coaching and Supervision, preferably practising, or having practised as a coach, you can bring an awareness of current coaching context / movements.
