Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Partnering with the Operations management team you will establish quality standards and frameworks and will review processes and procedures to identify improvements. You will determine standards and quality frameworks for key areas such as customer service, administration, and timetabling. You will support the management team with quality control across these areas, identifying areas of improvement and staff training needs. Working closely with the L&D Partner you will identify training solutions to ensure that the Operations team consistently meets quality standards and delivers high levels of customer service.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee the full activity of quality assurance, developing and implementing correct processes, procedures, standards, and quality control.
- Partner with managers to determine quality procedures and set standards across key areas.
- Chair meetings with managers to review current standards and identify areas for improvement with recommendations for managers.
- Support managers to implement standards across their teams.
- Determine a robust quality control process and support managers to implement quality control across key areas.
- Support the L&D Partner in coordinating and determining training solutions to ensure staff have the skills necessary to consistently meet quality standards.
- Feed into the wider business with any changes to standards/ processes/systems and areas of improvement required.
- Support the L&D Partner in co-ordinating and delivering training solutions to the wider business as and when required.
- Undertake regular audits and feedback to key stakeholders identifying areas business improvement
- Share learnings and best practice
