**Supplier Assurance Coordinator**

**Home Based with Nottingham Hub (1x a Quarter)**

2 Sisters Food Group are looking for someone with Factory Technical or Quality Assurance experience to join us a Supplier Assurance Coordinator.

The Group Technical team has a focus on person development and succession planning, making this an excellent opportunity for someone that is keen to learn and further their career.

There is a proven track record of offering further training, qualifications and development within this team with a highly supportive manager.

This role will support our entire company, providing great tasting products to the nation, from chicken to ready meals, pizza and soups. We employ over 13,500 staff across 18 sites in the UK and this role will pay a crucial part in supporting them.

**About the Role**:
This position is home based and will see you be the “superuser” of our supplier quality/ auditor systems. You will need to have good factory technical knowledge and attention to detail / administrative skills.

This is ideal for someone who is looking to develop into the supplier auditor route etc.

Duties of the role will include:

- Communicate with suppliers to ensure supplier approval information is accurate and is received in a timely manner, whilst dealing with & answering queries from the supply base.
- Communicate effectively with the 2SFG sites with regards to relevant raw material & technical services providers & their status.
- Effective set up of new suppliers, requested by key stakeholders, on the group supplier management system (SASSi).
- Conduct supplier risk assessments on the group supplier management system (SASSi).
- Highlight any risk suppliers to the Group Raw Material, Supply Chain & Technical Training Manager
- Coordination of the non-conformance system across the 2SFG sites & supply base.
- Generate SASSi specific KPI’s & relevant reports.
- Conducting of Traceability, TACCP/VACCP, Laundry, S&D, RSPO, Packaging & Labour Provider audits (following training)

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way.
- Experienced in a technical role within food manufacturing (2 years plus)
- Preferably experience within high risk and high care environments
- Preferably HACCP & Food Safety lvl 4 (if not we can potentially support this)
- Lead Auditor qualifications (if not we can potentially support this)
- Excellent IT and systems skills
