We are seeking a talented and passionate Care-Coordinator to oversee our Mental Health residential service in Carlton, Rothwell.
To support and lead on admissions an transitions, reviewing medication practices and ensuring site Team Leaders have sufficient support day to day with operational management of the home.
This is not an exhausted list.
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
