About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Turning Point. As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with long-term health conditions.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored therapy plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of new therapies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of psychological theories and interventions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in psychology or a related field is essential, and experience working in a mental health setting would be beneficial.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 31 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service, and a one-off joining bonus of £1,200.
