**Events Administrator**

Supporting the Venue manager with logístical and administrative support. Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary. Assisting with creative decisions.

You will support the team in the run up and on the day of the event, anything from organising a welcome desk, welcoming guests, checking on supplies etc

**Required**:

- **Previous administration experience.**:

- **Strong diary-management and administrative skills.**:

- **Well organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively.**:

- **Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.**:

- **Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent telephone manner.**:

- **Must be extremely flexible with a positive, hands-on and proactive approach to work.**

A flexible and proactive attitude is essential along with good customer service experience and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £22,308.00-£26,325.00 per year
