**Duties**
- **File documents in an orderly manner, including alphabetical order and long-term storage in the basement.**:

- **Answer phone calls as needed.**:

- **Order and manage office supplies.**:

- **Handle banking activities such as taking cheques to the bank and collecting petty cash.**:

- **Deal with outgoing post, including writing cheques.**:

- **Transcribe as necessary on the computer.**:

- **Photocopy documents as required.**:

- **Assist with the opening and closing of files.**:

- **Perform other duties as required.**

**Essential criteria**
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Strong attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SW15 2SH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
