**Salary**: £28,000 p/annum + private medical insurance
We are actively seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join a property company in Stanmore. The role is to be point of contact for management and property administration and front of house reception cover. Duties include, but are not limited to greeting guests, answering incoming phone calls, preparing documents, operating office machines and performing other tasks as assigned.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting colleagues with Administrative tasks.
- Point of contact for management and property administration: answering phone-calls and greeting visitors.
- Maintain office equipment in excellent working order, repairing basic problems (i.e. paper jams, changing toner), and calling service vendors for repairs as needed.
- Diary Management.
- Create and update records.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings (reserve room, set agendas).
- Schedule and prepare materials for regularly staff meetings.
- Ensure professional appearance of common areas.
- Run various routine errands, as required
- Open and route incoming mail and distribute correspondence.
- Complete general office tasks as required.
- Participate in staff meetings.
