**Turn IT on have an exciting opportunity for a part-time HR & Recruitment Assistant with experience of working within a face paced HR environment ideally in a service industry to support the HR team with recruitment and generalist advice and administration, health & safety, and ongoing HR projects.**

The HR & Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team with key HR and administration processes with a focus on recruitment and they will have the opportunity to develop their HR knowledge within an experienced and fast paced HR team.

You will be part of a highly effective team and will be expected to be an excellent team member but also able to work independently. The HR & Recruitment Assistant will work within the HR team reporting into the HR & Finance Director and will interact with Payroll, Finance and Operations on a regular basis. The role is primarily based in Witney with plenty of onsite parking available. This role can be partly remote but there will be an expectation to work in the Witney office for a proportion of the time.

**Responsibilities include**:

- General day to day administrative support to the HR team.
- Advertising vacancies using online recruitment platform
- Drafting, updating, and maintaining up to date job adverts and job descriptions
- Manage pre-screening and shortlisting of applicants
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Assist with co-ordinating the Health & Safety requirements, handling paperwork, and arranging training
- Quality management

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience within the Tech or Education sector would be advantageous

Previous experience of handling recruitment processes with a knowledge of job boards and social media

In return, we are offering a salary of between £22,000 - £26,000 full time equivalent, pro rata’d to part time hours, 24 hours across 4 or 5 days include onsite carparking, salary sacrifice pension scheme, Benefits & Wellbeing Hub including monthly online retails discounts, eye care voucher scheme, cycle/e-bike scheme, mental health first aiders and an Employee Assistance Programme.
