Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategy in partnership with senior management
- Maintain, update, and improve company policies and core values
- Champion employee engagement and develop action plans to enhance employee experience
- Manage HR-related files and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Provide HR expertise and coaching to directors and managers
