About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our People Team at Advance Housing & Support Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our HR services, ensuring that all employees receive excellent support and guidance throughout their employment journey.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice. You will be a confident communicator, able to provide credible and reliable advice to employees and management alike. Your solution-driven mindset and passion for developing within the HR field will enable you to make a real difference to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and efficient resolution to HR enquiries via our telephone helpline, email, and in-person
  • Process candidates through our pre-employment checks to onboarding in a timely manner
  • Accurately and efficiently process payroll changes through the HR Information system
  • Work in partnership with our HR Advisors to support employee relations and recruitment requirements
