We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at HR Recruit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving HR strategy and implementing initiatives that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Champion employee engagement and development, working closely with managers and staff to create action plans and communicate them to employees
  • Manage HR-related files and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
  • Provide HR expertise and coaching to directors and managers, taking responsibility for HR actions and decisions
  • Advise managers on HR policy and procedures, including absence management, contractual matters, and employee relations
  • Stay up-to-date with UK employment legislation and ensure our HR practices are compliant
  • Lead or assist in complex employee relation activities, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability hearings
  • Develop and implement an annual training program, optimizing training content and meeting mandatory requirements
  • Manage payroll and pension, including HMRC communications and year-end processes
  • Manage the recruitment process to identify and recruit top talent
Requirements:
  • Previous HR experience at a senior level
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive cultural transformation
  • Strong team player with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Inquisitive and open-minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
